Room Hire

We have a number of rooms that can be hired independently or combined to accommodate the needs of your function.

The Eagleton Gray Dining Room

Located on the first floor overlooking the 18th green with splendid views across the golf course, this room, considered the main dining room is ideal for large formal lunches, dinners and various other social events. It is particularly attractive and well-appointed room seating up to a maximum of 82 diners.

The George Glennie Dining Room

Located on the first floor opposite the Eagleton Gray Room, the Glennie Room comfortably seats a maximum of 60 diners in a more relaxed atmosphere offering delightful views across the putting green. This is a calm and peaceful room for any occasion.

O'Shea Room

The O'Shea Room is located on the first floor and seats up to 14 diners. It is ideal for private lunches and intimate dinner parties.

The Dick Pearson Lounge

Located on the ground floor overlooking the 18th green, this room is considered by all as the lounge bar and is ideal for smaller social gatherings as well as everyday refreshments, providing seating for up to 30 people.

Quad-Centenary Club Room

Located on the ground floor overlooking the 1st tee and 18th green, this is where we serve our cream teas.
